Do you sell or register domains?
No. Traxio only offers web hosting. For domain registration, renewal, or transfers, you'll need to use a domain registrar of your choice. Once you have a domain, we're happy to host it for free.
Can I use Traxio hosting with a domain registered elsewhere?
Yes — that's the only way our free plan works. Point your existing domain's nameservers or DNS records at Traxio and you're ready to go, whichever registrar you use.
How long does DNS propagation take?
Most DNS and nameserver changes propagate within a few hours, though it can occasionally take up to 24-48 hours depending on your registrar and previous DNS settings.
Do I still need to renew my domain myself?
Yes. Since your domain stays registered with your own registrar, renewals, ownership, and billing for the domain itself are handled entirely by them, not by Traxio.
